30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

We respond within 1–2 business days. Do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: ALUTEC MÖHL covers all return shipping costs.
- Change of mind (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium): Free returns.
- Change of mind (all other countries): €15 flat fee deducted from refund.

Refunds
Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned in unsellable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exchanges
Contact info@alutecmohl.com to arrange an exchange for a different size or model, subject to availability.

Warranty & Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the interior, exterior, and defect area plus proof of purchase. We will repair or replace at no cost. Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only — not misuse, overheating, or normal wear.

B2B & Wholesale
Returns handled individually per your purchase agreement. Contact info@alutecmohl.com.

Non-Returnable Items
Used or seasoned products, items without original packaging, orders outside the 30-day window, custom orders.
