Who We Are

ALUTEC MÖHL is a German premium cookware brand headquartered in Schalksmühle, Germany. Our products are manufactured at our certified factory — ALUTEC Sp. z o.o. — in Recz, Poland, under strict ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards. Every pan, pot, and accessory that leaves our facility is the result of decades of expertise in hand-cast aluminium cookware engineering.

We are a certified international brand, registered under the Madrid Protocol through the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Our trademark is recognized worldwide, protecting our designs and technology across global markets.

Our Technology

Every ALUTEC MÖHL product is built around our proprietary 5-layer coating system — engineered for professional kitchens and designed to outperform conventional cookware in durability, safety, and cooking performance.

The 5-Layer System

Hand-Cast Aluminium Base — Heavy-duty construction with abrasive blasting that enhances the surface area 12 times, enabling superior adhesion for the coating layers above.
Titanium Oxide Layer — Nearly as hard as diamond. Extremely scratch and cut-resistant. Forms the structural backbone of the coating system.
Anti-Corrosion Layer — Protects against aggressive detergents, fruit acids, and acetic acids. Built for long-term durability.
Reinforced Mineral Layer — Additional mineral particles deliver long-lasting abrasion resistance throughout years of intensive use.
Lotan® Non-Stick Surface — Our proprietary non-stick coating with an antibacterial effect. The Lotan® system simplifies cleaning and keeps cooking surfaces hygienic and germ-free.

Lotan-Pro® — The Next Generation

Lotan-Pro® is our latest PFAS-free and PTFE-free non-stick coating, designed with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and professional performance. The advanced ceramic-based surface ensures fast food release and easy cleaning, supporting efficient kitchen workflows and healthier cooking with less fat. Lotan-Pro® meets current and upcoming EU regulations and is positioned for the future of food-safe cookware — without compromising cooking results or ease of use.
