Shipping Policy

At ALUTEC MÖHL, we partner with the world’s leading carriers — DHL, FedEx, and UPS — through our shipping platform Sendcloud to ensure your order reaches you safely, on time, and at the best available rate.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with a live tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and dimensions. You will see the exact shipping cost and available carrier options before confirming your order — no surprises.

DHL — primary carrier for Europe
FedEx — international and express shipments
UPS — international and express shipments

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control are not the responsibility of ALUTEC MÖHL.

International Orders — Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. USA, Canada, Switzerland, UAE), customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees may be charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by ALUTEC MÖHL.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. You can also contact us at info@alutecmohl.com with your order number for tracking assistance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@alutecmohl.com with your order number and photos of any damage.
