ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding 
public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a 
shipping notification with a live tracking link once your order has been 
dispatched.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery 
address, order weight, and dimensions. You will see the exact shipping cost and 
available carrier options before confirming your order — no surprises.

- FedEx — international and express shipments
- UPS — international and express shipments

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. USA, Canada, Switzerland, UAE), 
customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees may be charged by your 
country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the 
customer and are not covered by ALUTEC MÖHL.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order. 
ALUTEC MÖHL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking 
number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time via the carrier's

for tracking assistance.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, 
please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at 
info@alutecmohl.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly 
as possible.

negotiated individually. We offer custom shipping arrangements and freight
