At ALUTEC MÖHL, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture. If something isn’t right, we will make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

We respond within 1–2 business days. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: ALUTEC MÖHL covers all return shipping costs and provides a prepaid label.
Change of mind (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium): Free returns, no deduction from your refund.
Change of mind (all other countries): A flat return shipping fee of €15 per order will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Items returned in unsellable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase (EUR or USD)

Exchanges

Contact us at info@alutecmohl.com to arrange an exchange for a different size or model. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Warranty & Defective Items

All ALUTEC MÖHL products are ISO 9001:2015 certified. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the interior, exterior, defect area, and proof of purchase. We will repair or replace at no cost.

Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only. It does not cover misuse, overheating, accidents, or normal wear.
